(Head Office: Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa; “Nissan”).
Our High-Precision 3D Map Data was used for certain CGI scenes in this commercial.
Typically, CG representations of real-world roads rely on visual information such as photographs and Street View imagery, which can lead to inconsistencies in specific details. However, by overlaying and adjusting our data—which contains road information that closely matches the real world—onto the CG, it became possible to precisely reproduce even the subtle shapes, heights, and undulations that cannot be captured in photographs. This contributed to more realistic and immersive CG expressions and improved overall quality.
