Basic Information Security Policy

Dynamic Map Platform Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) is committed to maintaining information security Company-wide, based on the following policy in order to protect the Company’s information assets from threats such as incidents, disasters, and crime, and to live up to the trust of customers and society.

1. Responsibility of Management

The Company shall strive to systematically and continuously improve and enhance its information security under the leadership of Company management.

2. Development of Internal Systems

The Company shall establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and establish information security measures as official internal rules.

3. Employee Effort

All employees of the Company shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and to ensure the Company’s commitment to information security.

4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Company shall comply with all laws, regulations, norms, and social obligations related to information in order to meet customer expectations.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of any violation of laws or contracts, or of any incidents pertaining to information security, the Company shall respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
