Dynamic Map Platform Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO & President: Shuichi Yoshimura; “Dynamic Map Platform”) will exhibit at CEATEC 2024 held in Makuhari Messe for four days, from Tuesday, October 15 to Friday, October 18, 2024. This is the first time Dynamic Map Platform exhibits at CEATEC, and this time in CEATEC 2024, it will be exhibiting in a booth in the Digital Garden City Nation Concept Special Pavilion.

■ Engaging in the “Autonomous Driving Assistance Lanes” project as part of the “Digital Infrastructure Development Project for Digital Transformation of Industries/R&D for Infrastructure for Advance Implementation of Digital Lifelines” project
This project has been selected through an open call by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). The four companies of Dynamic Map Platform, BIPROGY Inc., NEXT Logistics Japan, Ltd., and Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will form a consortium to develop a data coordination system to support autonomous driving in the logistics field, aiming to streamline work and optimize resources.
The data integration system developed in this project offers useful consolidated information for autonomous driving, such as weather and traffic information. It is a digital platform that comprehensively integrates separate information from multiple providers. The aim is for this infrastructure to be used not only in the logistics field, but also more broadly in diverse mobility areas.
Additionally, the companies plan to carry out field testing for this project in FY2024 to enable level 4 autonomous driving trucks to drive on the Shin-Tomei Expressway (between Surugawan-Numazu and Hamamatsu SA).
Dynamic Map Platform plans to exhibit and explain the overview of these initiatives at the CEATEC 2024 booth using concept videos and panels.
