Dynamic Map Platform Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO & President: Shuichi Yoshimura) will exhibit at YOXO FESTIVAL 2024, to be held on the weekend of February 3-4 2024, together with students from Hosei University’s Sociospatial Information Laboratory.
YOXO FESTIVAL is a festival where innovators and creators can gain inspiration and experience excitement by bringing together new ideas and technologies for the “future” and interacting across disciplines.
This year, Dynamic Map Platform will be exhibiting with students from Hosei University’s Sociospatial Information Laboratory. These students participated in the company’s Hackathon in December 2022 and received an award of excellence for their proposal for a shooting game that makes use of Dynamic Map Platform’s 3D point cloud data. This connection provided the impetus for Dynamic Map Platform to exhibit with the students at YOXO FESTIVAL 2024 and display their game “Pointoon,” which they developed after polishing their proposal.
